What you’ll be doing: Managing projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth delivery on time and to the highest standard. Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical, audiovisual, and automation systems in new builds. Diagnosing faults, interpreting diagrams and specifications, and ensuring all work meets strict industry standards. Supervising staff and coordinating trades on-site to keep jobs safe, efficient, and on track. Communicating clearly with builders, clients, and colleagues to deliver a seamless experience. Maintaining tidy, well-organised sites and consistent top-tier workmanship. What we’re looking for: Qualified electrician with experience in new builds and project delivery. Meticulous attention to detail – you take pride in doing the job properly, not just quickly. Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, diagrams, and plans. Professional, reliable, and well-presented when representing the business. Great communication skills and ability to work with clients, trades, and team members. Experience with automation systems (Control4, Dynalite, RTI, Crestron, etc.) is highly regarded. Knowledge of HIK-Connect, Paradox, Inception, Coolmaster or DALI is a bonus. Why this role? Full-time position with stable core hours (7:00 am – 3:30 pm). Company van provided.
